Our courier service in Hungary usually delivers orders within 1-3 days. On the day of sending the package, you will receive a short text notification (e-mail) about the pick-up of your package (a reminder that your package has left our central warehouse) and the date of delivery.
The courier delivers the packages on working days within the time zone indicated in the reminder sent on the given day. If you are not at home during this period, the courier will leave a notification. With the help of the number on the notification, you have the opportunity to customize the delivery of your package on the www.dpd.hu website according to your individual needs. The delivery address can be changed - e.g. another city or your place of work - but you can also change the delivery date. Of course, you can also change the delivery time of the package by phone. The package will be attempted to be delivered twice, after which you can only accept it if the delivery fee is paid again.
Before receiving the shipment, please always check the package for any damage. Upon delivery, you must certify with your name, date and signature that you have received the package.
After picking up the package, the courier service will send you the package number for your order by e-mail. With the help of the online tracking system, you can keep an eye on the path of the package. All you have to do is enter the package number in the package search box on the www.dpd.hu website.
If you want to return the ordered product, fill in the return declaration in your package and notify the customer service in writing who will order a courier for you or send it by post. The cost of return will be borne by you unless you did not receive the product / size you ordered or you received a damaged product.
