If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product(s), you can return it within 14 days.
We will take back the product returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
The return of the product(s) and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases. The cost of the return
is borne by the service provider only in the case of damaged or incorrectly sent goods.
Conditions for returning goods:
The service provider reserves the right to refuse the return if the following conditions
are not met:
1. Removable garment seal: All purchased Magenta products are delivered with a removable seal
In the event of a return, the seal must be intact and on the garment!
2. It has the original labels and accessories.
3. The product is unused, undamaged and unwashed.
4. The returned goods are not stained or dirty.
5. The package was shipped within 14 days of receipt.
You can return the product this easily:
1. Before returning, please read the
return information on our website (www.magenta-webshop.hu) which you can find at the bottom of the page under the customer service tab.
2. If you would like an exchange, please contact our customer service by phone at +36 70 570 0135 (Every weekday from 09:00 to 14:00) or
by email: mgntwebshop@gmail.com
3. Place the product in the original garment bag, in a well-sealed packaging, in its original condition
(label and seal on the product).
4. Fill out the withdrawal form on the online interface.
5. You're done. After we receive the package, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
Or you can drop off your package in person at the same address every day between 9am and 6pm.
